The 2024 Paris Motor Show concluded with a striking display from HONGQI, a prestigious Chinese luxury automotive brand, marking a significant moment in its global presence. The brand unveiled several flagship products, including the HONGQI GUOYA luxury sedan, the flagship E-HS9 electric SUV, and the newly launched EH7 and EHS7 new energy vehicles.

HONGQI’s exhibition booth was a highlight of the show, exuding elegance and a futuristic atmosphere that reflected the brand’s commitment to luxury and performance. The unveiling of the EH7 and EHS7 electric models captured considerable attention, showcasing HONGQI’s innovation in the electric vehicle market. The EH7, a premium all-electric sedan, and the EHS7, a powerful electric SUV, drew enthusiastic reactions from both attendees and international media.

A noteworthy aspect of HONGQI’s presence at the event was its collaboration with SCABAL, a globally recognised European fabric manufacturer. This partnership resulted in unique co-branded items made from SCABAL’s luxurious fabrics, further enhancing the visitor experience and showcasing HONGQI’s dedication to technical excellence and luxury aesthetics.

The event also featured test drive experiences for the EH7 and EHS7, which received positive feedback from participants. Built on HONGQI’s latest electric vehicle platform, both models were praised for their responsive steering, smooth acceleration, and refined driving comfort. Their dynamic capabilities were complemented by technologically advanced interiors equipped with state-of-the-art driver assistance systems and infotainment features. The premium materials used in the interiors contributed to an upscale and comfortable driving environment.

In a significant achievement during the Paris Motor Show 2024, HONGQI received the Whole Vehicle Type Approval (WVTA) certificate from TÜV Rheinland, confirming that the EH7 meets the rigorous safety and regulatory standards required for the European Union market. This certification underscores HONGQI’s commitment to high safety standards and innovative automotive technologies, reinforcing its intent to succeed in the competitive European market.

Looking ahead, HONGQI has ambitious plans to introduce ten new models in Europe over the next five years. These vehicles are designed to meet the evolving needs of European and global consumers who seek high-quality, intelligent, and eco-friendly options. With a successful debut at the Paris Motor Show 2024, HONGQI is well-positioned to enhance its influence in the European automotive landscape, reflecting its long-term commitment to providing luxury, innovation, and sustainable mobility solutions.

As the automotive industry continues to shift towards electrification and sustainability, HONGQI’s strategic approach and recent advancements suggest a promising future for the brand in the European market, setting the stage for its growth and success in the years to come.
