HONGQI, heralded as the “World’s New Luxury” automotive brand, is set to make a significant impression at the 2024 Paris Motor Show from October 14 to 20. The company will debut its latest electric vehicles, the EH7 sedan and the EHS7 SUV, both of which will be available for open orders in Europe during the event, marking a pivotal step in HONGQI’s expansion into the European market.

The EH7 and EHS7 models represent a harmonious blend of traditional Chinese craftsmanship and modern engineering excellence. Built on the innovative “TianGong” Electric Platform, these vehicles encapsulate HONGQI’s vision for the future of mobility through their emphasis on “beyond driving,” “beyond comfort,” and “beyond technology.”

The new electric models are designed to deliver a powerful yet smooth driving experience. Both the EH7 and EHS7 are equipped with a high-performance 22,500 RPM electric motor, enabling top speeds of up to 200 km/h. The EHS7 boasts impressive acceleration, going from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds, while the EH7 achieves the same in an astonishing 3.5 seconds, showcasing supercar-level performance. Furthermore, advanced features such as rear-wheel steering and a sophisticated braking system, which allows for a stopping distance of just 36 metres from 100 km/h, enhance the vehicles’ handling capabilities, ensuring a thrilling driving experience.

Inside, both models offer a luxurious cabin environment, with hand-stitched NAPPA leather seats designed for maximum comfort on any journey. The premium finishes rival those of top-tier luxury vehicles, creating an atmosphere of prestige and elegance. Moreover, the vehicles feature “iDCS Self-Adjusting Continuous Damping Shock Absorbers,” which adapt to varying terrains for a smoother driving experience.

Technologically advanced, the EH7 and EHS7 come equipped with dual-screen displays and a 63-inch augmented reality heads-up display (AR-HUD), alongside comprehensive driver assistance systems. Their fast-charging capabilities allow for a 10% to 80% charge in just 20 minutes, making them ideal for long-distance travel. The sleek, nature-inspired exterior design combines both power and elegance, while impressive range capabilities of up to 655 km for the EH7 and 600 km for the EHS7 ensure sustainability without sacrificing performance.

In addition to providing cutting-edge electric mobility solutions, HONGQI has established a robust after-sales network across several European countries, ensuring customers receive comprehensive service and support. The brand invites European users to explore open order options and experience the future of driving firsthand at the Paris Motor Show 2024.
