N Brown Group, one of the UK’s leading online clothing and footwear retailers, has extended its partnership with ArrowXL, the UK’s largest two-person home delivery specialist. The new five-year agreement, announced today, builds on a successful collaboration that began in 2016 and aims to continue supporting N Brown’s home delivery services for their customers across the UK.

Under the terms of the extended contract, ArrowXL will be responsible for delivering a range of homeware, furniture, and electrical goods, with nearly 2,000 items being transported to customers’ homes each week. N Brown Group, which is known for catering to underserved customer groups, including offering fashion and home products, has relied on ArrowXL’s expertise in managing two-person deliveries, ensuring that bulky or fragile items are handled with care.

A key feature of the service is the AXL diary booking system, which allows customers to select their preferred delivery date and time. Customers will receive personalised communication throughout the process, including email and SMS updates, and live tracking, providing them with real-time information about their order’s status. This level of communication is designed to enhance the customer experience and offer greater flexibility.

John Cusick, Head of Distribution at N Brown Group, commented on the renewal of the partnership: “We are delighted to renew our contract with ArrowXL for another five years. Their expert home delivery and collection services have been invaluable in supporting our brands, including JD Williams, Fashion World, and Ambrose Wilson. With ArrowXL, we are confident that our customers will continue to receive the highest standards of service, ensuring products arrive on time and in perfect condition.”

As part of the agreement, ArrowXL will continue to deliver to homes across the UK, supporting N Brown’s extensive product offering, which includes a wide variety of home and lifestyle items. N Brown has grown its digital presence in recent years, and the company is focused on providing a seamless online shopping experience that includes dependable logistics solutions.

Kelly Evans, Head of Clients at ArrowXL, also expressed excitement about the extended partnership. “Our operational excellence and commitment to outstanding customer service have made us a trusted partner for N Brown Group,” she said. “We are well-positioned to support N Brown’s continued success by providing reliable delivery solutions that meet the high expectations of their customers.”

With both companies having developed a strong working relationship over the past seven years, the extended contract ensures the continuation of their successful collaboration. N Brown Group’s growing presence in the digital retail space, combined with ArrowXL’s home delivery expertise, is set to enhance the online shopping experience for customers across the UK.

The new five-year agreement marks a significant milestone for both companies, as they continue to refine their logistics strategies and meet the evolving demands of the online retail market.
