In a groundbreaking collaboration, British nursery brand Silver Cross and Italian luxury car manufacturer Automobili Lamborghini have teamed up to create an extraordinary new product: the Reef AL Arancio super stroller. This limited-edition stroller merges Silver Cross’s rich heritage in pram design with Lamborghini’s renowned craftsmanship and high-performance engineering.

Silver Cross, known for inventing the original pram in 1877, has partnered with Lamborghini to push the boundaries of baby travel systems. The result is the Reef AL Arancio, a stroller that exemplifies the luxurious and innovative spirit of both brands. Nick Paxton, CEO of Silver Cross, commented on the collaboration: “This unique partnership with Automobili Lamborghini allowed us to accelerate the evolution of our baby travel system, creating the Reef AL Arancio. This project embodies the bravery to challenge conventional design, resulting in an icon that reflects the authenticity of both Silver Cross and Lamborghini.”

The Reef AL Arancio is based on Silver Cross’s award-winning multi-terrain Reef 2 stroller, enhanced with Lamborghini’s distinctive design elements. The stroller features Lamborghini’s signature orange accents set against sleek black fabrics, alongside a unique Y-pattern and diagonal stitching. The chassis is finished with a matte powder coating, echoing the high-performance aesthetic of Lamborghini sports cars.

Phil Taylor, Design Director at Silver Cross, highlighted the inspiration behind the design: “Drawing on Lamborghini’s brand pillars—Brave, Unexpected, and Authentic—this exclusive collaboration showcases the exceptional craftsmanship and innovation of our team. Our attention to detail and commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of the design.”

The stroller’s design also reflects the luxurious interiors of Lamborghini vehicles, featuring gloss finishes, a high-performance genuine leather handlebar, bumper bar, and footrest, as well as the softest automotive suede for ultimate comfort.

Production of the Reef AL Arancio will be limited to 500 units, with availability set for early 2025 in select countries worldwide. The collaboration will be officially unveiled at Kind + Jugend, a prestigious trade event for parenting brands, held in Cologne, Germany.

Parents and collectors interested in this exclusive super stroller can register their interest via the Silver Cross website at www.silvercrossbaby.com/lamborghini. The Reef AL Arancio is set to become a coveted item, blending luxury and innovation in the world of baby travel systems.
