Drivers in the West Midlands are set to benefit from a groundbreaking partnership between two of the UK’s most ambitious automotive retailers, HiQ Tyres & Autocare and Carsa. The duo has announced the opening of two new vehicle buying and service experience centres in Halesowen and Cannock, making them among the first locations in the country to offer this innovative dual-branded venture.

The newly launched centres aim to combine HiQ’s nationwide autocare expertise with Carsa’s modern dealership model. This collaboration brings together industry-leading vehicle maintenance, sales, and customer service all under one roof. Each centre has already created 20 full-time roles across various sales and technical positions, contributing to local employment in the region.

The first of the two centres opened its doors on Dudley Road in Halesowen, closely followed by a second location on Eastern Way in Cannock, Staffordshire. These centres will offer a comprehensive range of services, including car sales, tyre fitting, vehicle servicing, and MOT testing, providing customers with a one-stop shop for all their automotive needs.

HiQ operates a robust network of autocare centres across the UK, boasting over 160 locations. Backed by Goodyear, HiQ is known for its seamless customer experience and high-quality service. Carsa, which has been operational since 2020, has rapidly expanded to eight locations nationwide, providing a diverse selection of new and used vehicles. This growth reflects Carsa’s commitment to customer satisfaction, offering competitive financing options and a hassle-free purchasing experience.

The new partnership not only enhances Carsa’s service offering but also allows it to provide a full range of autocare solutions for cars and vans, thus broadening its appeal to local drivers. Carsa’s customer-first business model, combined with HiQ’s service expertise, aims to create a unique automotive experience for the West Midlands community.

The collaboration between HiQ and Carsa represents a significant step in transforming the local automotive experience. By combining their strengths, the two companies promise to deliver exceptional standards of service, ensuring that drivers receive the highest level of care for their vehicles.

Each centre prides itself on offering high-quality parts and services, providing a competitive alternative to major car dealerships. This focus on local community needs allows the centres to deliver reliable products and expert service at great value, thereby enhancing customer trust.

Nash Sahota, Centre Manager for HiQ Tyres & Autocare in Halesowen, stated, “The partnership gives customers the opportunity to have a franchise experience at fast fit prices. When a customer sees Carsa and HiQ together, they know they’ll be welcomed and receive a premium service. That trust is essential for our business.”

Dan Tift, Centre Manager for HiQ Tyres & Autocare in Cannock, echoed these sentiments, highlighting the synergy between the two brands: “We’ve achieved incredible synergy and look forward to a bright future working with HiQ.”

Craig Sprigmore, Goodyear Retail Director for the UK & Ireland, emphasised the benefits of having both brands under one roof. He said, “This partnership aims to simplify the car buying and servicing experience, making ownership easier for customers. We invite local drivers to visit for a free vehicle health check as we continue to take the stress out of vehicle maintenance and purchasing.” To give your car the treatment it deserves, visit: https://www.hiqonline.co.uk/
