Chinese electric vehicle maker XPENG Motors is set to debut a range of new technologies at the 2024 Paris Motor Show. The event, taking place from October 14th to October 20th, will see XPENG present its latest innovations under the theme “Enchanté, Paris!” in Hall 6 at Booth 6A51. This marks a key step in the company’s strategy to expand its footprint in the European market.

XPENG will use the Paris show to unveil its next-generation smart in-car operating system, Tianji XOS 5.4, designed specifically for the European market. The system aims to enhance the driving experience by introducing adaptive AI-powered functionalities, reflecting the company’s commitment to bringing advanced, intelligent technology to Europe. Additionally, the company will demonstrate its latest smart cockpit, featuring personalised display options and frequent over-the-air updates. These features are part of a broader push by XPENG to enhance user experience through customisation and constant improvements.

Brian Gu, Vice Chairman and President of XPENG, highlighted the importance of the European market in the company’s long-term strategy. “The European automotive market is undergoing a transformation from electrification to smartification. At the Paris Motor Show, we are not only showcasing highlights from our vehicle portfolio, but also new solutions that we will be integrating into our models. We are deeply committed to the European market and are excited about our ongoing efforts to expand our presence in the region,” he said.

XPENG’s participation in the Paris Motor Show follows a series of initiatives aimed at expanding its reach in Europe. The company has placed a strong emphasis on AI mobility solutions, aiming to become a leader in this growing sector. Its advancements in AI integration and user-friendly interfaces are designed to cater to the evolving needs of European consumers who are increasingly looking for smarter, more intuitive vehicles.

As well as unveiling new technology, XPENG will share its broader vision for the future, which includes continued investment in AI-powered mobility solutions and global expansion. The company has been vocal about its commitment to innovation, and this year’s Paris Motor Show serves as an opportunity to showcase the tangible results of those efforts.

XPENG’s press conference will take place on October 14th at its booth in Hall 6, where the company will provide further details on its upcoming product launches and its strategic direction for Europe. The company sees the Paris Motor Show as a significant platform to reinforce its brand in the region and engage with consumers, industry experts, and the wider automotive community.

As the automotive world increasingly shifts towards smarter, AI-driven vehicles, XPENG’s presence in Paris signals its ambition to play a central role in shaping the future of mobility. For more information, please visit https://www.xpeng.com/.
