Passengers and drivers alike can stream their favourite movies and TV shows via the Renault CINEMA app on two 12.3-inch front-row screens, enhancing long journeys with high-quality media content. With Bluetooth headphones ensuring distraction-free viewing, the infotainment system allows for seamless video streaming, even when the car is in motion.
Regis Brignon, Renault Korea’s Software and System Director, stated that partnering with Cinemo was an obvious choice given their reputation for delivering exceptional in-car digital media experiences. “Cinemo’s CARS product was easy to integrate and allowed us to accelerate project timelines, raising the bar on premium video services.”
The Grand Koleos infotainment system offers features like multi-screen sharing and remote control, providing a connected entertainment experience. The system complies fully with Driver Distraction Guidelines for Android Automotive, ensuring a safe journey while maintaining an interactive media experience.
Jean-François Claude, Country Manager of Cinemo Korea, expressed pride in their joint work on the Grand Koleos. “This collaboration has enabled an enjoyable content experience, and we look forward to continuing to enhance the media experience for Renault Korea’s customers.”
With this launch, Renault aims to set a new benchmark for digital media in the SUV market.
