Established in 1958, Changhong has evolved from a domestic enterprise into a significant global player in consumer electronics and core component manufacturing. The company is now positioning itself to become a leading force in electronic information technology worldwide.

From January to August 2024, Changhong reported a substantial 20% year-on-year increase in overseas home appliance revenue. The company has seen steady growth in key markets across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe. Notably, Changhong has also made significant strides in emerging markets such as the Middle East and Africa, establishing a strong global footprint for its home appliance business.

At the IFA 2024 exhibition, Changhong’s CHiQ XingBo series was awarded the “Extraordinary Audiovisual Experiences Gold Award.” This accolade highlights the series’ exceptional technical performance and innovation. Launched in August 2023, the CHiQ XingBo series has quickly become a leader in the 288Hz high refresh rate television market.

The CHiQ XingBo television features a sleek six-sided flat design and advanced heat dissipation technology, delivering cinema-quality imaging. It is equipped with Changhong’s proprietary Yunfan AI platform—the world’s first large model-based smart home AI platform—enhancing its role beyond that of a typical appliance. This high-end TV offers a superior viewing experience with its QD MiniLED light source, more than 5,000 backlight partitions, and high refresh rate, making it ideal for both movies and live sports. With its advanced sound system and smart capabilities, the CHiQ XingBo is positioned as a top choice for enhancing home entertainment.

Additionally, Changhong’s CHiQ brand received the “Smart Home Appliance Brand Award,” solidifying its position in the smart home appliance market. Since becoming an independent brand in 2017, CHiQ has expanded its presence into Australian, European, and Southeast Asian markets. Today, CHiQ operates in over 40 countries and regions, partnering with renowned international enterprises and entering major offline retail channels. The brand is also present on over 30 prominent e-commerce platforms globally, including Amazon in Europe, Lazada, and Shopee in Southeast Asia.

CHiQ’s product range includes a diverse array of smart home appliances, from televisions and refrigerators to air conditioners and washing machines, reflecting its comprehensive approach to modern home technology.
