Tromox has unveiled its latest electric motorcycle, the M03, at the EICMA 2024 exhibition in Milan, presenting an innovative urban commuter option with a retro-futuristic design. The M03, alongside Tromox’s mass-production MC10 and an upgraded version of the Ukko S+, reflects the company’s dedication to affordable, sustainable urban transport solutions.

Designed specifically for city commuting, the M03 is available in two models: the M03 Plus and the M03 Pro, certified under the European L1e and L3e standards. Powered by a 48V/48Ah battery that delivers roughly 2.3 kWh, both models offer a range of up to 100 kilometres per charge, making them well-suited for daily urban use. The M03 Plus reaches speeds of up to 45 km/h, while the more advanced M03 Pro can go as fast as 70 km/h.

With prices starting at 2,199 euros for the M03 Plus and 2,499 euros for the M03 Pro, Tromox aims to make electric motorcycles a cost-effective choice compared to their petrol-fuelled counterparts. A spokesperson for Tromox remarked that the M03 marks an “important step” in Tromox’s growth within the urban mobility sector, providing riders with a competitively priced and environmentally friendly mode of transportation.

M03 Features Focused on Safety and Technology

In addition to its efficient battery and commuter-friendly design, the M03 incorporates various technological features to enhance user convenience and safety. The bike supports keyless unlocking through NFC, Bluetooth, and the Tromox app, catering to users who value accessibility and digital integration. Enhanced safety features include Blind Spot Detection (BSD), anti-lock braking (ABS), and Traction Control System (TCS) to provide added stability on the road.

The M03’s compact design and urban-optimised technology cater to the growing number of city dwellers looking for sustainable travel options that don’t compromise on performance or style. The bike’s tech-retro aesthetic aligns with Tromox’s trend-focused approach, appealing to modern riders seeking environmentally friendly yet stylish solutions for daily commuting.

Enhanced Performance for Ukko S+ and Mass Production of MC10

Alongside the M03, Tromox also introduced an upgraded version of its Ukko S+ motorcycle. Designed for more powerful performance, the Ukko S+ is equipped with an 8000W high-performance motor and an advanced control system developed by Tromox. Using a Field-Oriented Control (FOC) vector controller paired with an automotive-grade Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) and Body Control Module (BCM), the Ukko S+ offers improved acceleration and stable handling, furthering Tromox’s reputation for providing high-quality electric motorcycles tailored to urban users.

In addition, Tromox highlighted the MC10 model, which has entered mass production as the company accelerates its global distribution plans. Tromox is actively pursuing dealer partnerships across Europe as part of its expansion strategy, inviting retailers to join its mission to promote the adoption of electric vehicles and champion sustainable urban transport.

With the M03, MC10, and Ukko S+ now in the spotlight, Tromox is poised to lead the future of electric mobility in urban settings, underpinned by a commitment to innovation and environmental sustainability. At EICMA, Tromox’s expanded line-up exemplifies the brand’s understanding of urban mobility trends and its ambition to provide reliable, affordable, and stylish options to modern riders. The company’s invitation to dealers reflects Tromox’s goal of fostering widespread adoption of electric motorcycles, positioning itself as a significant player in Europe’s electric vehicle market.
